«Requirements and models in the verification loop» Both textual requirements and models clearly represent a key input for the verification loop and, in turn, are vital to the overall quality of a system. This talk shows the first steps towards high-quality projects by properly implementing a fully-automatized systems verification process. by Jose Fuentes (TRC-The Reuse Company, Spain) Mr. Jose Fuentes received his degree in Computer Science in Carlos III University of Madrid (2003). Now, he’s CCO at The REUSE Company, accountable of the definition of Requirements Quality Suite. For many years he has been involved in the definition of tools, techniques and methodologies aimed to increase the quality and the reusability of both software and system engineering projects. Both working for The REUSE Company, but also as an Associate Teacher at University Carlos III of Madrid, he has leaded different workpackages in different European projects such as CRYSTAL or AUTOSoft. He’s member of the Spanish Chapter of INCOSE. His CV is presented in: |

«On Quest for the Grail – Implementing Product Line Engineering in Large Organizations» This presentation will reveal the main challenges and best practices typically found in today’s large organizations regarding the implementation of Product Line Engineering (PLE). In particular, the most common “pain points” and smarter approaches in the implementation of PLE in different industrial sectors will be shared. In the same way, the impact on enterprise and Systems Engineering processes and practices will be illustrated. The presentation is intended to participants who are new to PLE or who want to improve the implementation of PLE in their organizations. If you are concerned about improving your profitability, cost effectiveness and times to market, while simultaneously improving the quality of your products, come and find out how PLE can help. by Gianni Cecchelli (Thales Global Services) Gianni CECCHELLI is Head of Product Engineering at Thales Italia S. p.A. He has over 16 years of experience in product development, verification and validation. He spent his first 13 years in the development of Private Mobile Radios (at the beginning as SW developer, then as Product Verification & Validation Manager and at the end as Product Line Manager). Since 2015 he has been working in Thales Italia as Product Engineering Manager inside the Transportation Domain and he is part of Thales PLE Business Challenge Board. |
